About Bernadette Paul, Ph.D.
Currently, Dr. Paul is a part-time faculty at three institutions of higher education. Dr. Paul is a member of the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations. She is also active in the community, collaborating with other professionals to advance social change.
Dr. Paul is interested in using nutrition education and health promotion to reduce chronic disease and to also empower families and communities with sustainable methods to eat healthily.
I help people create a positive relationship with food.
